This device works perfectly with my dual screen home office set-up. The connection process is simple, and the device is slim and desk-friendly, not taking up a lot of space. It allows me to work more productively and manage zoom meetings while having more screen landscape to multi-task. There is an even more powerful dimension and that is the customer support team at iVANKY, probably the best, hands-down, that I have worked with in my years (many) as a user of tech. I worked with Melody to resolve the issue experienced. Timely, patient and thorough in resolution of the issue - can't say thank you enough. A great product and an even greater care for the customer! The adapter has worked flawlessly for 5 months.There was an issue with power supply causing the adapter not to work. I emailed ivanky, and within 12hrs and two emails they shipped me a new adapter with the power supply after sending them my invoice from the order as well as my address. Melody helped me out tremendously. Having duel monitors is essential for my line of work.

I was looking for a TB-capable USB C hub to tame the cable clutter on my desk... or at least allow me to have it behind the desk - out of sight, out of mind. My setup consists of my laptop, which I do not use as a monitor, and two outboard 24-inch monitors running in extended desktop mode. I also have a wired printer, wired webcam, ethernet cord, and wireless mouse/keyboard. This hub fit the bill just about perfectly in that it allowed me to plug in ALL of the things that I needed to plug in to keep the cables on my desktop to a bare minimum. I especially like the power deliver aspect. Bonus is that given its wedge shape I can set the back end of my laptop on the hub and it is completely hidden from view. The only ding is that having the receiver for the wireless keyboard and mouse plugged into the backside of the hub and having the hub underneath the laptop caused the connection for those devices to be a little glitchy sometimes. My fix for that was to just plug the receiver into the laptop itself - still no cord clutter.I am sure this is not the most technically advanced TB hub that I could have purchased but given what I needed to do and the price-point I wasn't looking for a lot of extra bells and whistles.This seems to be a solid product.

Overall, a decent product when it works. I bought this in March for my Macbook Air. Worked fine at first. The only thing was if I wanted it to charge my laptop as well as extend as a dock, I had to put the USB C connector in the second slot on my Mac. Oh well, I could deal with that.Fast forward to about a month ago, and the charging STOPPED WORKING!!! Five months for $140. Needs improvement. I tried going through Amazon for support, but in their defense, they are not equipped for product support. I now have to use my charger (which I prefer to keep in my laptop bag for traveling) in one port of the Mac, and then I can extend my desktop with the dock.Don't buy. It's not worth the money for only five months of it working.

We have about 50 of these out in the field and they work great!

I work a hybrid schedule (in-person 3 days, remote 2 days) and bought this for my home office dual monitor setup. A few months in, one of my monitors started randomly going black for a few seconds, and then coming back on. Since I had originally cut corners on monitors and was using a couple of smaller smartTVs, I assumed they were the culprit. I repurposed those and bought a couple of new Samsung computer monitors. I still experience the one monitor randomly losing input for a few seconds. Through process of elimination, it appears to be the HDMI port in this docking station for that monitor dropping signal and then coming back. Otherwise, use has been trouble-free and I've been happy with the product. I still use it on my remote work days, I just get annoyed occasionally when my monitor drops out.

Appears to be well made. Wish it was a bit heavier to keep it from sliding around. OTOH the light weight might be good for traveling and portability. Mine never leaves my office. For me it has a sufficient number of ports. Would buy again.

This was a great value for a charging dock station. However the key charging feature stopped working fairly quickly. Don't know if it's the charger itself or the station. Customer service was fairly prompt to reach out to me to correct the issue. The replacement I was sent has functioned just fine for over a year
