Place this dehumidifier in the basement, and the noise sounds fine. The cool thing I like is that it can be control by phone after connect to the home wifi, which is very similar to the google home app. I also received notification when the water tank is full. I usually empty the water tank 2 times a day. As a result, it is a very good and efficient dehumidifier. I highly recommend it. Thanks!

Just got this dehumidifier today and thought I’d give my first impressions on it. For reference I’m in an apartment that’s about 1,000sq ft. I first bought a package with 3 thermostats that show humidity and placed them in each room after a day I saw the humidity shoot up over 60% sometimes reaching 70%. I tried running the heat pump in “dry” mode and that brought the humidity down to like 55% at most but they would still rise to over 60%. I tried one of those mini dehumidifiers that use the semiconductor, that helped slightly, but could only be used in one room and the door had to be shut for it to work best… not the best compromise. Anyways I found this brand because I was looking at their portable A/Cs before, which have good reviews and seem to be a quality product, so I got this dehumidifier.Day one with it… I have the heat pump just in “cooling” mode now and in about 6 hours it brought the entire apartment from 65% down to 45% humidity and the tank was full! So it’s definitely working. Fan was on the low setting and I had it in the “dry” setting set for 40%. I have a feeling that I’m gonna have to run this thing constantly and dump the water a couple times per day. I love the app for it, although a little buggy, but it’s a nice feature to know what’s going on in my apartment. So far though I’m happy with this dehumidifier it works good, it’s fairly compact, has an app to control it, not too loud (although in the max power setting it’s about as loud as a portable ac unit is). Overall would definitely recommend, I just hope it stays reliable!

This dehumidifier helped keep the moisture levels balanced in my house before and after the hurricane. Moisture levels were 75%-80% and it brought the humidity to 50% within a few hours. Had to empty the tank several times but grateful it works quickly. The Della app helped me monitor the humidity levels when I was helping a friend. I checked the app, saw the moisture was enough for mold, turned on the machine remotely using the app and it was working even when I couldn’t turn it on in person. That was a huge help! It’s about the same noise level as a window AC unit. I’ll take sound and efficiency over quiet any day.

All over the description it states 3000 square foot capable, but on the first page of the directions it states 180 to 450 square foot room size?!?! I will wait and see how it performs for a week to see if I will return it.. and the app is kind of useless, you don't know wether it's running or not it just shows a single number not even the current humidity level? I probably won't be keeping this.. 🤦

The product was working great, however I noticed water leaking from drain outlet. I contacted the seller and they were very nice and prompt to answer my questions. I got a call be with in few hours and they offered options for me to handle the situation. Really good customer service

This product is really good, noise level isn’t bad at all, it is pretty compact as well fights right beside the toilet. The only issue I have had is that the instructions weren’t clear on how to really use it, and the filter reset has shown up and I can’t figure out how to turn it off or say that the filter is changed. Otherwise the other controls are pretty easy and self explanatory to use.

Much like other's experiences, just past the 12-month mark, this machine is now getting an E3 code. I emailed the seller based upon what the owner's manual said to do. Align Inc did not even try to address the issue, just said that since its past 12 months they do not help with any purchases from them. Looking into the E3 code more, it seems this machine now is a glorified paper weight. Don't buy this product.

Only used it so far due to the monsoon in Az. The size is great to place in small spots. The noise it not bad on low. A little louder on high but still not to bad to deal with. The tank part could have a smoother transition to pull out and put back in. That’s my only complaint. Overall I like the item.
