This was recommended by my PT. Haven’t tried it yet but I will be using it for travel so I like that it is light weight and easily packable in my hand luggage. This provides a way to relieve back pain without NSAID medications that could have side effects. Adding an update- the heat pack kept me pain free for a 6 hour plane journey and the warmth on my back was great. It worked well over a thin t shirt and saved any worry over too much heat directly on the skin. It retained the heat for 8 hours.

I have sciatic as well as a mild spondylolisthesis, and these wraps help with the pain on two fronts. The heat helps with the soothing my back while the wrap itself acts as a hip belt, which supports the SI joint. The heat provided lasts a very long time, sometimes as long as 18 hours. It connects using a strip of velcro, so it's easy to put on and adjust to a comfortable level of tightness.

The heat pad is great it actually does the job. It helped me with the pain by relaxing my muscles with the heat. The wrap around belt that holds it in place actually stays put no matter what position your body is in or how much you twist and turn. My only criticism is that being a large girl the wrap around belt could be a little longer but otherwise it's very good.

These work very well amd stay warm for at least 8 hours! I've reordered them! They soothe my arthritic back!

Works great. Used for hip. 6ft 187lbs 35” waist. Attached securely. There was enough length as well as some stretch. Perfect under clothing. However, I think I was near its limit. The actual heating area was large enough. My only caveat is that it did not breathe well and though the material was somewhat absorbent, the heating area got sweaty and after a while itchy. Zero odor. Very much the ultimately portable heating pad. I imagine it would be super for the back.

I often tweak my back and the heat wraps are pretty much the only thing aside from medication that make the pain bearable. A lot of times I wear them before doing strenuous work to avoid back pain and it seems to work. They last for about 6-8 hours and are a good value for the money.

Effective, comfortable, lasts until bedtime. I have used this product for several years when I strain my back. The heat is moderate but effective in relieving the tightness which often causes further pain. It does not take up space like a true brace/support would and does not limit movement. It's made of a light but strong elastic material with Velcro-like attachment. It is unnoticeable while wearing. More heat is felt while sitting, but not to an uncomfortable extent. It is only a one-day use product and can be tossed in the trash once cool.
