I want to know if the suction can be easily removed from tiles

Well I can easily answer that. My toothbrush holder has fallen off the wall twice so it just isn't fit for purpose . Wouldn't buy again .

How easy is it to remove, (from smooth tiles) once attached?

Very easy, just push in and slide card between holder and tile, then reattach.

Would this stick in cladding ok ?
