Polaris RZR 570 900 1000 (2011-22) Quad Logic Automatic Cam chain Tensioner- 3022152

My timing chain tensioner went out on my 2016 rzr 1000 xp. Had a horrible rattle on start up and shortly after it cranks it goes away. Ordered this product After some research and it fits perfectly and was super easy to install. My only gripe about it is on the black adapter it has a square point where you put your wrench to tighten it into the motor. Makes it a pain to get the wrench on it to tighten. But other than that it was a 30-45 minute install.

install is easy, don't need to do it the hard way, just pull belt cover and turn over engine until clutch side cylinder is top dead center-or just look at cams thru oil fill (what I did) and install, very quiet now..

If you have the OEM timing chain tensioner replace it with this. No more cold start rattles.
