We're very pleased with this purchase! It arrived swiftly, with no dents or any issues. It fits smartly in the only place in my kitchen where a trashcan can go, which was a relief. It's attractive and appears to be well made. It does resist fingerprints and we appreciate its sleek appearance. Perhaps my favorite thing about this trashcan is how silent the lid operation is. It is, literally, silent. While we are enjoying the included trash bags, we will switch to less expensive ones when we have used them all. It oddly seems to hold more trash than our former can, which was supposedly slightly larger. Overall, we highly recommended this trashcan for appearance and functionality!

Great trash can, made well, easy to change bag. Standard kitchen bags fit perfect with no issues. Looks very nice.

I owned this garbage can for 7 years. It endured daily, heavy use. It still looked great, but the lid eventually broke. So, I just purchased the same one, again. It works and looks just as great, but I expect that it will last even longer than the first one, as the kids are now older and gentler on household items. Looks high end, is not plastic-y, is sturdy, and is a slim design. Definitely recommend!

This is a gift for my mother. I too used to have rubber made type trash cans until I found simple human at an air BNB that I stayed at. I got one for myself and it’s a simple pleasure to have a decent trash can. The lid closes so odors don’t escape. It’s built well and heavy enough to not move or tip. It’s easy to clean as needed. I love the double lid feature, one to hold the bags which by the way fix just right and snug. And the other kid opens to place trash in receptacle. The trash bags are quality and don’t tear or leak. They are a perfect fit. I usually buy 200 and it lasts the whole year. I’ve tried the pods but they don’t seem to offer much benefit because the van closes so well. I love my simple human trash can so much that I got one for my mom. Other family members have gotten a simple human can because they liked mine. Sometimes it’s the simple things, like a good trash can that make our lives a little bit better. It’s probably the last can I’ll ever have to buy so it’s well worth the price.

This trash can has a sleek stainless steel, elegant brushed finish, soft quiet close lid, and odor control. It has a non-slip base and a strong foot pedal for easy waste disposal. I love the modern rectangular shape design (great space saving). The size is perfect not too big. It is very well made. I had it for 8 months and I’m very satisfied.

It's nice to find a product that exceeds expectations. I was apprehensive about the Gillette factor, getting on a carousel of specially fitted trash bags. Now, I wouldn't replace it. It works great. My previous trash can was a plastic can with no lid. I bought the standard Glad bags. It was fine, but the cat figured out how to get food out of it; I needed something with a lid. This trash can has a lid. Its fitted bags fit perfectly, are not expensive, and are stronger than they need to be. I have fewer leaks. Not only is the problem solved, but problems I wasn't thinking about are solved. Two issues: - It's not particularly heavy, so it may slide around. Solution - put something heavy in it. This turns out to be a feature, not a bug. - The fragrance pods have been out of stock occasionally. This is an annoyance, but doesn't really detract significantly. It's an unnecessary luxury for which there are alternatives if desired. I'd make the same purchase again without hesitation. Great product!

Quality materials, design, and aesthetically pleasing. -Love the slow close lid. Didn't realize how great this is until this trashcan. -Easy to clean -Trashbags are hidden under the 2nd lid hinge. -The lid stays open when you empty the trash. -Smooth foot pedal. Only comment I have is from the point of view of an avid cook. When prepping, you will use the trashcan a lot and I find the shape of the lid a tiny bit cumbersome. If I need to throw out food directly from a cutting board into the trashbin, the shape of the lid means some bits of food end up outside the bin. This is really minor and I will get used to it over time but wanted to mention it. In hindsight, the larger lid opening with the more traditional "square" shape would have been better for me since I cook a lot and like having the bigger opening to slide things from my cutting board into the trash. Overall, a quality trash can that isn't an eyesore. Regular 13 gallon kitchen bags fit this great.

This garbage can looks great if you need to keep it out— clean, sleek, and modern! My sister had it and I went and bought it right away. I love that it traps smells pretty well and the hands-free step feature is super convenient. My only complaint is that the top dents kind of easily if it gets bumped, so just be a little careful. Overall, still a really nice addition to the kitchen!

Amazing product!!!! Just what I needed for a tight space. Matches flawlessly with my appliances and other furniture and is also very sturdy. Also came with trial bags which was a nice bonus. Also, the quality of the stainless steel is beautiful. Worth the money! Works well in a small kitchen. Love it !

No one wants to pay big bucks for garbage can but we use them all the time so quality does matter, the shape is awesome it's slim but holds more than you think it holds twice as much as my previous one , slow lid and smell it keeps it all in , easy to fit in bags because of its shape the bags stay more in place making functionality a breeze and less trips to the outdoor garbage bin , well worth the money very sturdy and shows no finger prints huge bonus all in all a great product and would highly recommend 👌

Perfect trash bin. Impressed with quality and design of this thing.

The slim bin fits perfectly into the narrow gap at the end of my units. It's wide foot pedal is easy to operate and the silent close lid is very quiet. Although it is slim it can still hold a weeks worth of rubbish. Replacing the liner is very easy as it has an inner ridge on the lid to hold bag in place. Not sure how the manufacturers have managed it but it really is smear free, just a quick wipe now and then is all it needs. The bin liners are on the pricey side but they are very strong, no tearing when pulling out of bin. Yes, it is expensive but I think it's worth every penny. Now saving up for the recycle bin.
