XP Metal DetectorsXP Deus II Fast Multi Frequency Metal Detector with 9 FMF Search Coil and MI-6 Black

When i opened the box, I was impressed immediately at how compact the Deus 2 is. And light! With the 9in coil and the controller attached, it's 6.5oz lighter than my Equinox 800 w/ upgraded carbon fiber shafts and a six inch coil!! The nearly perfect ergonomics combined with nearly perfect balance and such light weight equals a detector you can swing all day comfortably. On my first 5 hour outing, I was amazed and pleased with how well it handled.Included in the box were the WS6 backphones (not worn over the head) and case, the controller unit with belt/hip accessory case, Mi6 pinpointer with holster, screen protectors, extra coil attachment hardware, underwater antenna, a finds pouch, and power adapter and charging cords for everything. This was certainly not an inexpensive purchase, but it is a decent value.For all of the positive qualities of this unit, it will be a much steeper learning curve to use it anywhere near its potential. I'm not knocking it, but it's really unlike any of the previous machines I've used and just navigating through the menus and options is a little daunting. That said, I'm looking forward to getting to grips with this machine and start smacking out the loot! 😁

The Ad states a “Mi-6” pinpointer included…. But upon further investigation, there’s no pinpointer. I also might add, the Ad lacks a precise component listing. The illustration and description is very misleading.
