Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength, 200 Tablets

This is a good thing for folks with osteoporosis. I have had good lab results since taking this. It helps with the pain in the joints a good deal.

I have a torn meniscus and was in considerable discomfort (to the point of considering surgery). Started taking these, honestly not expecting much relief, but surprisingly they have helped considerable (i.e., I am no longer considering surgery). I can go through my day to day activities "mostly" pain free (just a little stiffness from time to time, depending on what I have been doing). They are not the easiest pills to swallow, but I highly recommend trying for joint issues.

I have knee problems since I was younger . This product has helped me immensely. I take two every day for the last 30years. I have quit a few times and within several weeks the pain comes creeping back.

My knee has been giving me problems on and off for a few months now. I have been taking Osteo Bi-Flex for a few weeks now and I have noticed that my knee doesn't seem to "go out" as much as it did in the past. I even danced the night away at a recent family wedding.

Extremely thick size & very hard to swallow. Feel like it could easily get caught in my throat. I normally don’t have issues with pills but this one is approximately 1/2” thick. I found this product in another size and will use those. I don’t recommend this product knowing it could be a choking hazard for some.

There was nothing I disliked about it
