Good for bones
Vitamin D3 was recommend by health visitor and these are perfect size..easy to swallow. One year supply so I’m pleased.

This is the second time I’ve purchased these, they are well worth the money. Only downside is the last few always seem to get stuck to the bottom of the tub and they need a good whack to get loose. Be careful of the ones that might have popped too, they’re a bit sticky!
