What are the Power requirements

I am using the D’Addario PW-TC-9V AC-DC power adaptor. It is rated at 500ma with a maximum of 800ma. It is available on Amazon for $10.99. Any 9 volt 500ma will work with it though.

Regarding the effects order: does the distortion feed into the overdrive? Can that be reversed?

The distortion section feeds into the overdrive section. I do not believe the order between those two sections can be reversed. That said, there's an effects loop built in after the OD pedal so you could add a separate OD/Distortion pedal there.

Headphone out. Does this unit support it via trs?

Yes, it supports a 1/4” headphone. Simply plug into the output jack.

9 volt, no battery. Almost any typical Boss type pedal power supply will work.
