Use the mounts for my hard bags. They worked great.

They are a softer material than others

No soft material as advertised.
Bottom mounts are hard as a rock compared to the round soft ground grommets. Makes no sense. Had to order different brand.

They were exactly what I needed for my baggers
My kid didn't come with these parts and I really needed them and was happy that Amazon had them available they fit perfectly in my 5-inch stretch baggers for my Softail

The mount fits nice in the hard bag “cup” for the bracket but the tabs don’t hold, they just slide in through anyway to grip and hold, the originals. I bent the tab over and gorilla taped it down. Seemed solid. Another fellow here noted he zipped tied the tab in place; might try that if the tape doesn’t hold. The grommets don’t fit...at all.
