I have tried 3 of these now. All 3 came USED even though advertised as new. 2 were this style black and 1 of the blu newer smaller style which disappeared from Amazon a day after I ordered it. The blue came complete with marks and foliage from them previous owner in the box. It was also advertised as both in/deflate. It did not have the deflate option. Both black ones were also scratched up and died permanently after running approx 15 to 20 minutes. They both just shut off and would not charge or turn back on after that.

Got today and tested on my SUP. Had to add in a rubber washer to get the fitting right- no big deal and it comes with the device. My board has a max PSI of 15. The device stops automatically once it says that it gets to that point, but I don’t think it truly got to 15 when it stopped as the board was still soft. Another downfall is the tube with the pump. It’s pretty short and not very flexible making it awkward to hook up. Otherwise this pump is easy to useUpdate ~1wk later: It was my error that the board was not inflated as much as needed. However I will likely now be returning it as the pump goes from completely full to almost completely empty during the inflation process. Battery is VERY week and I would rather not run into issues down the road.

Initially had an issue and the seller quickly responded and solved it. It was great that they stood by the product.Overall, I am happy with this pump. A few things I’ve discovered that may help. 1) The battery reading when inflating may not be totally accurate so let it finish before making any determinations. It seems to return back to a higher reading after it’s done. 2) Listen carefully for air leakage as it’s pumping. I had to play around with the adapters to find one that twisted on snuggly and retained the air 3) Li-ion batteries don’t like to be stored at full charge so I keep it stored at around midpoint.While no frills in terms of packaging, it’s a good value and works to inflate without my car around.

I bought this at end of season last year, used it once. I’m the second use made a burning smell and a weird sound. Unable rủ use and unable to return.

While using this to pump up one paddleboard, the pump will show the battery is almost completely drained and starts flashing. This just finished pumping to 15 PSI with the flashing indicator, and as soon as it reached 15, it stopped and is now showing 2 bars. It would be nice if I could trust this and it was good for more then just one board on one charge. Is anyone else seeing this?

We bought this about three months ago and used it 4 times. First time was great but each time after it had issues. This last time the pump stopped working at 10 pounds and won’t turn on at all. There is no one to contact regarding warranty and Amazon has nothing.

I didn’t use this until today, which is June 24th ordered May 10th so too late to exchange! The value don’t work! Broke within 5 minutes into filling the board. I am VERY UPSET! Way to much money to have something that don’t work!

Okay for a single inflatable SUP. Description should have included the recommended running times: run for max 15 minutes, cool for 30. Takes 12 minutes to inflate my ISUP.Air intake is on the bottom. Grass and sand can make the cooling have to work harder to pull air from underneath.Does not come with a storage bag.Original box was missing the 12V power cord. There is no support contact information on the box or in the instruction manual. Amazon's only solution was to do a return. Seller reached out and offered to provide 12V power cord. Added a star for seller looking to fix problem.Battery drains quickly. After a full charge, I can inflate my 11'x38"x6.2" paddleboard to 14 PSI in 12 minutes. If I try for a second inflate without recharging, at some point before hitting 14 PSI the battery will run out and the pump will shut off. Pumps works well for a single use.The buttons can be flakey. Sometimes I have no problem getting them to respond, but other times I'll spend a frustrating five minutes trying to get the pump to start. Which it will suddenly do without me figuring out what I just did differently.The display shows the PSI setting to stop at and the "real time" (amount of time the pump has run since power on). The "real time" is not always correct. On other pumps I have, their displays shows the current PSI reached and I wish this pump did too.A full recharge takes about 3 hours.The first two rechargeable ISUP pumps I ordered from other sellers either never arrived or failed between the second and third charge. Missing a power cord on the original Tonsim got it off to similar start, but the seller's replacement has worked okay.The pump is small and light. The display slanting up from the body makes a handy handle but looks like an invitation for something to get broken.The default gasket for the ISUP connector leaked but the included red gasket solved the problem. Glad it was included.For the price, this has been a good pump for a single ISUP. For more than one ISUP, I prefer a pump like the Bewellaero Manta (almost 3x the price, but it inflates my ISUP in 5 minutes using 15% of the battery).

I bought this product a couple years ago at the end of summer to use with my inflatable paddle boards, and when I finally used it to fill a board, even using the car 12v adapter, it died after its first use.It managed to fill the board, and then when I have gone to use it since, it has zero power, and it will not turn on, take a charge or work directly plugged in .It is frustrating in that I waited so long to use it, and now it is a useless paperweight.Definitely do not purchase one of these.
