How long does it take to see an improvement with histamine issues in the digestive tract? Thanks.

At the beginning it took about a week. But now after a couple of month I may as well not take it. In fact I suffer more now than what I did before I started taking this stuff. Whole load of money down the drain. I hope you find something that helps you, but this stuff will not.

Histamine intolerance

Have struggled for years with histamine intolerance. After trying so many supplements this for me is the best to use when the meal has slightly higher levels of histamine than I would normally tolerate .
