Most quality book for healing and love yourself must buy.

I have read the previous 2 books written by the author and loved both. But I love this book even more. This book makes you feel how much the author has grown as a writer and more importantly, as a person. So, he is the right one to write a book about it. While reading this book, I underlined words now and then because I was like.. "Okay, this makes sense!" "This is what I have felt! I am not alone." "I have been through this or someone I know is going through this!" "Yes, I should try this. Maybe this will help!" "Oh, I should look out for these signs!" "I wish I knew this sooner." "I needed this reminder." It's such a beautiful book! Well-written, empathetic, considerate and insightful. I loved the second part "Building lasting relationships" which covered Day 13 to Day 23. And the suggestions that the author has offered at the end of each letter are really helpful. Can't wait to try those ideas/exercises. If you are going through a dark phase, struggling with low self-esteem, heartbreak or feeling unloved/stuck/lost then this book is definitely for you. If you are happy and contented, still I'd suggest you - give it a read for it'll serve as a reminder and will come in handy if ever needed in future. In terms of money and time spent on reading this book, it's worth the investment!
