This made the microphone highly inconvenient to use, especially in situations that required stable wireless connectivity.Battery life was also a letdown. Despite claims of extended battery performance, the microphone's battery drained quickly even with minimal usage. This made it inconvenient for longer recording sessions, requiring frequent recharging or replacement batteries.Customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful.
