I was planning a trip to Morocco in March and saw the weather was going to be 50-65 degrees F. I was not sure about the heating where we planned to stay so I knew I wanted to bring a heating pad just in case. I’m so glad I did. It rained half the trip and it was hard to get warm. I can’t sleep if I’m cold. The pad is a great size and with three settings, it has options for when you need it hot or just warm. The plug worked no problem. Very glad I bought it.

I am in Seville where it is very hot for mid October, therefore the AC is on and my joints are talking back to me. I bought this for European use. So far the heat is working. I wish it had one more button to choose another heat level. It runs quite hot.

I bought this for a 28 day ice breaker trip to Antarctica. I needed the special electrical plug. I was the envy of my fellow travelers. It is larger enough not tiny. Very packable, lays flat. I would highly recommend this pad to anyone going to cold places when traveling. Nice to get into a warm bed after a cold day.

I used it in 2 European countries recently and it worked great - no problems. I liked that it doesn’t turn itself off after some max time so it can stay on at a low temperature all night, if desired.

The product did not heat as aspected. The setting of 3 was like setting of 1. I do not need it super hot however the product did not perform as aspected. The company is very communicative and they doubled checked with me I was using it overseas. However their return policy’s they will refund the money except $15. Amazon does not do the return the company does. So even if Amazon has zero fee for return the company does take out money from the refund. The 1 star is for the product not the company.

I bought this for my mom who was recovering from surgery for our trip to Scotland. She loved it because it heats up fast and was soft and flexible for her shoulder. It has the standard European two prongs but it fit into an adapter that had the UK style prongs. She was very happy I purchased this for her. If you need a great heating pad for Europe, get this one.

Bought this for Viking cruise to Portugal for my bad back. It worked very well. I was a little nervous buying it as I would not be able to test it here in the US, fortunately it worked with no problem on the cruise ship.
