A great buy!!
Update after usage: fantastic!! The only feedback is sadly, the lid is not oven proof!! Apart from that, it is a great quality product - even makes bread in the hob beautifully. The quality looks perfect, it is a Hawkins product afterall! Unused, so unable to comment on the heat distribution, etc but it's not a concern just taking the brand into consideration. If I require an additional one, I would gladly buy it again!!!!

Lid is not oven proof
The product is good. The lid is not oven proof. If you are looking for a dutch oven that can be used to bake in an OTG, this is not useful. Great product for sribe top cooking.
