Clutch Cover Pin Kit Quick Release Tool compatible for Can Am Maverick X3 2017 2018 2019 (Pack of 11)

I wish it came with type of install tool to help tight them. I used a small screw driver to place in the small hole of the screw to tighten them in. I think it needs a washer between the cover and the pin to help seal better so water don't get in. Other then that not to bad to install and rivet the on the cover. Fits well on 2020 Canam X3 RS Turbo

The Pin Kit worked great and was easy to install. I removed one bolt at a time moving around the clutch cover every other bolt. After removing one bolt I screwed in a pin far enough so that the clip was hard to fit through the hole in the pin. I used a small Allen wrench fitted through the pin hole to help screw the pin in.

This kit comes exactly like the picture. All of the items in a bag and that’s it. I installed this on a 2019 maverick x3 x RC turbo and in chassis. All of the items are nice quality like all kemimoto items, BUT getting the studs installed is not easy. I tried one by hand and with small tools. It wasn’t a fun time. I ended up putting the studs in a right angle drill, tighten the chuck snug and this worked best. You can then adjust them with a small punch through the hole. The fitment is good, just make sure your studs are straight during installation. Definitely makes it quicker to access your clutches and belt, all you need is a screwdriver to loosen the hose clamp, pull the clips and the cover is off.

So much easier to remove the clutch cover to clean out and especially for a broken belt on the trail. No tools needed to remove once these are installed. Highly recommended!
