Where can I find drivers, software and documentation for this dongle? The Radarbox website doesn't provide any support information.

It is based on the RTL2832U chip so is compatible with other RTL-SDR USB dongles. It works out-of-the-box with dump1090, FlightAware, etc.

What’s the different between the green one and the black and white one

The green receiver, called RadarBox Flightstick, has more sensitivity than the black one. It receives more flights and has more range - it has specially designed filters and amplifiers to achieve these results.

It says the flightstick decodes and displays mode-s/ads-b transmissions. where? i don't see any screen?

You have two options: connect it to a Raspberry Pi and follow the instructions on https://www.radarbox24.com/raspberry-pi Typically most of our customers use it together with a Raspberry Pi receiver.
