Powerful Jet Burner with One Small Issue
I love this thing. It's powerful, easy to adjust, and lights without any problem. My only issue with it is that my 14" flat-bottom wok doesn't quite sit properly on it. So if I center it on the burner, the bottom sits just a tad too close to the jets and the jets can't operate efficiently. If I tilt the wok a bit, it sits better and the flames come back to their full power. Minor inconvenience and you just have to learn how to position the wok. But otherwise I am really happy with the purchase and, for the price, I would certainly buy it again.

Takes a bit of adjustment initially with the air intakes to get a solidly blue flame, but once it’s dialed in this thing puts out some serious heat!

Perfect for outdoor cooking
Once you get used to controlling the air intakes and the ideal PSI, it's amazing. It does get a little hot around the area as others mentioned. The size is also perfect for paellas.

Haven't used it yet but it appears to be well made with a range that allows from delicate stir frying to forging horse shoes!
