I did not get these for spherification, but for scooping out olives and small pickles from the big jar without slopping the brine everywhere. They're great for that. I only needed one but gave the other two to friends. Good size holes - you're not going to be losing capers or pearl onions or anything through those holes. They do feel like they might rust if you don't clean them right away. I will try to not let that happen!

Seems like a really non-essential thing but it's absolutely useful for fishing out pickles, olives, and capers from jars. It's a perfect size for just that purpose

I spent days looking for something to both scoop out seeds from the homemade citrus juice (these are rootstock fruit and are extremely seedy) and for scooping out hardened fat from homemade broth. These work perfect for both! they are lightweight, easy to maneuver but could be a little longer. I also use them for scooping out and draining pickled jalapenos and dill relish. I am happy with the price. Priceless! Nothing else has worked this good or this fast.

This is such a small thing but these three little spoons have helped me out a lot. If you need to drain things you spoon out of jar this is an easy way to go. Why did I wait so long? Nice angle, kind of like a Chinese soup spoon.

Great spoons for getting into pickle, olive jars and any small item you dont want any liquid from. Easy to clean in sink or washer. Good choice. Great buy, price is right.
