CHC Kit Universal Ceramic Quick Heating Core 24V for M6 Thread V6 hotend 3D Printer

I bought this to install on my Ender 3 v2 which has the microswiss hotend and direct drive combo. The main reason was I was tired to having to stock two types of nozzles: mk8 nozzles just for my ender 3 v2 and V6 style nozzles for my other printers. This heater fits perfectly onto the heatbreak from my microswiss and allows me to use V6 nozzles.It heats up very quickly. I preheat my bed before starting my prints, and when I start the print, the ceramic heater heats up to 240C by the time the printer finishes homing, so within 1-2 seconds of the homing finishing, it starts printing, which is pretty nice.Only downside is that the temperature isn't quite as stable as my old heater, it fluctuates +- 1 degree, but I'm still getting smooth perimeters, so not a big deal. I had to adjust my z offset slightly, as this heater is a bit shorter with the nozzle installed than my previous one, but not a big deal. Definitely would recommend. I'll update this if I have any issues, but for now it's working amazingly.

This hot end is a great substitute to the hot end that comes stock on the Ender 3 Pro.Pros:1. Installs easily and has the hot end, nozzle, and silicone sock included2. Heats quickly and holds temperature accurately3. compact which leave more room/options for cooler shrouds and customizationCons:1. There's no way (except the heat break) to attach the hot end to the block. Leaves room for the threads to back off if the cable gets tugged - could lead to Z offset being mis calibrated2. The silicone sock is not available as a standalone part, so getting a replacement requires a visit to AliexpressOverall I would recommend this, but a including a second silicone sock would be nice at a minimal cost to the seller.

The picture is misleading, the package only comes with the heatblock with the heater leads and thermister leads. You will need to furnish your own heatbreak (throat), nozzle, and heatsink.Otherwise the nozzle heat up much faster and prints just fine even when fitted with creality heatbreak and nozzle. Just remember to recalibrate probe and PID.

I bought this version, and the high flow version... The high flow version didn't work at all for me, but this version, I am able to verify my temps are matching external thermal measuring devices and my printer holds temps solid after my PID autotune. Wish both lengths worked correctly, but only this one did for some reason.

So I'm now ordering my third hotend for my printer. The first one had a bad cable. No big deal, just annoying. Second one randomly decided to overheat and burnout on me. Worked fine until today. They say third time is a charm, so we'll give it a go.

Constant thermal runaways. will not work at all. Don't waste your time and money on this garbage.

This is one of the best upgrades I've done to my printer.

Fit perfectly on a V6, and takes about 30 seconds to reach 215°.
