Not as rough as the original

I’ve had this for a month in a half now and still not finished with it. So it’s a decently good price for the big block! Hope they never increase in price I used to order the 102 scrub constantly but got tired of the medium/high gritty exfoliating after a couple of showers and stopped ordering from Marlowe for a while. It was just too harsh man. I did stick with the charcoal bar after a while too but it felt dry at times and would stain my white towels haha. Recently took a journey back to check on other scrubs and other items and bumped into this, i’ve gotta say.. i love it man. It’s not harsh on the skin after several showers like the 102 was and i love the smell the bathroom builds up on with the steam and soap. It’s quite relaxing. If i could make love to this scent i would. Definitely a keeper and re-order. If this 108 bar was a bit lower priced like $6 - $7.50 i’d be in heaven. Overall, 5 stars from me man.. i’m happy with it.

Bought some at Walgreens for my boyfriend. Then stole it from him as it has a very pleasant scent, and minimum exfoliation without scrathing me. Is now my fav soap so was glad to find it on Amazon as my Walgreens here no longer carries it. Also it is a huge bar so well worth the $10. And the scent lasted thru to the end of my last bar. I really love well scented organic soaps, but even top rated companies now only put scent on top layers, to save money. Im buying it for the expensive oils, so that is what i want, otherwise i can just buy cheap junk.

I've been using the original scented Marlowe soap bar for a couple of years now and really enjoy the scene, level of grit, and longevity. I decided to try this polishing bar and really like this one as well. The scent is a little stronger and tends to last after I'm out of the shower, which is great. It has a light grit which is nice and lathers well. This one will definitely continue to be in my mix going forward. Great soap!

I started to use the regular Marlowe bar soap and I like it. I decided to try the moisturizer version, since winter was coming. I was dubious. I used to use Aveeno oatmeal wash and other extra moisture bodywashes, and I would still get itchy spells from drying out, especially on my shins. So far, I have not felt any winter dryness since using the Marlowe soap. I haven't needed any post shower lotions or moisturizers. It does not dry me out! It does help with winter dryness. And smell is mild and pleasant and not flowery. BTW, one bar will last me about 8 weeks.
