I am a 35 year old woman who gets hormonal cystic acne on my cheeks and jawline. I've tried countless products and even been to a dermatologist who wanted to put me on accutane. Before it came to that, I tried this product at the recommendation of a friend. It actually works!! I saw results pretty quickly, the cysts healed and I haven't had any new cystic breakouts which is a huge, huge relief because not only are they painful, they really screw with your self confidence. I won't say I get no acne at all; I occasionally get a small pimple during certain days of the month on my nose or something, but nothing like those painful bumps under the skin that fester for weeks.. I will also note that I have fair skin that is easily reddened and irritated, but this product does NOT irritate or dry out my skin at all! It's wonderful. This is only a one month supply, I recommend giving it a try.

I have been suffering from hormonal acne at 30 years old. I’ve tried several different acne treatments. The toner I felt was the best of all the products, the cleanser and moisturizer was harsh on my face and did not really eradicate my acne concerns. My advice stick with a dermatologist.

I have hormonal acne from bith control. Nothing works for me, I've tried prescription and OTC. This has been the only 3 step system to reduce the severity of my acne. I have been using this for 3 months. The first month I saw the most drastic difference and yes here and there I would get small cystic acne but it's because that's the "purge" period for your skin and only lasts about a 2 weeks. (Wasnt bad) if I hadnt been using this my acne would get so bad to the point of where I cant touch my face let alone wash it because of the pain associated with the acne. Now I only get about 5 PIMPLES (not cystic pimples) regular small pimples a month.(usually around that time of the week). A downside to this treatment kit....the smellllllll. The wash and toner doesnt smell. It has a clinical pharmaceutical smell which I love because it's very very mild. But the sulfur lotion...oh boy. My boyfriend complains about the smell but this works so well I dont even care. It's not like I have it on all day. I only apply the lotion at night. (Every month please wash your pillow/pillow case as your pillow will take the scent of the lotion after a long period of time) if you want to spend 42$ every month and have severe relentless cystic acne please try this, I was sceptical but I shouldnt have been!

I love this product so much. I’ve never had acne until now and nothing has worked like this. I would buy it from Sephora but they no longer carry it so I had to find other options until I decided to find it on Amazon . Clear skin and not too drying.

Very disappointed that I can't return this. It was too harsh for my skin and made my skin feel on fire. I bought this hoping to try it because of the rave reviews. Just another skin care kit that I will have to throw out or give away :(

I really like this product, i just wish the size was a teensy bit bigger. But other than that it’s great. It immediately got rid of some cystic pimples that were making an appearance. The lotion smells so good! And it leaves my face feeling soft. I’d repurchase again and again! highly recommend

Week 3! Purge but benefits! Just starting week 3! I rotate every second day between step 3 with benzoyl peroxide and step 3 with sulfur. Use wash and toner once a day. All my closed comedones were gone by end of second week. Shocking as these were not budging for months since formation. Inflammatory acne purge started about 3 days ago. They come on quickly, turn white, pop and then dry up within 48 hours. Getting 2-3 new ones a day. As per clearogen, this is exactly what is to be expected at this stage. I will definitely continue using!
