Work well
The top cushion was falling apart and I wanted to cover the flaking plastic. These fit well and are as comfortable as the original pad.

Protects the headband!
I shave my head, so I get that stubble. This prevents that stubble from damaging the built-in head band. I now have these on 3 different head phone sets. Worth it!

Good Inexpensive Alternative
So I gave a rating based on the the durability and comfort. The zipper is okay but not the best.. Overall it's a good product and does what its intended to do. If your head band is hard or is peeling or the pad is coming off then its an inexpensive alternative. I bought it for a pair of brand new Sony whch700n's. My intentions were to add a bit more padding to fit my head more snug. It did not do exactly what I wanted but that's what it is. Good replacement though for when ever I might need it. Also to note it was a tad bigger for my model, it has a loose fit.

Good as new
I have a sony mdr-1000x with a flaky headband. Bought this to cover it up. Looks good and won't have an issue with flaking. Happy with purchase

One of the things I try to do on my audio equipment with the fake-leather type texture is to try getting it replaced with a cloth type substitute (including the earcups) as soon as possible because my facial/hair oils tend to shred up these types of surfaces super fast (you will know it's happening when the surface starts to start flaking off)

It wrinkles.
I bought this cover to protect the soft headband on my Sony WH1000 headphones. That's what it's advertised for. However once in place, it forms one big wrinkle in the center, pushing up on the soft leather of the headphones causing a dent in the part it was supposed to protect! Not a good design, because it's a straight sleeve going over the curved surface on the headband, so it forms a wrinkle. It should have been fabricated in a curve to fit the shape of headband. I filled the inside of the half that wrinkles with several layers of thick paper towels rolled up and cut to size. It still wrinkles, but maybe the leather on the headphones will be better protected. It actually feels better on my head now stuffed with the paper towels... One problem solved, and why I still use it: I use hair spray, and often when I wore them for hours, the leather headband stuck to my hair and hurt when I pulled them off. This cloth cover does not stick to my hair-sprayed hair.
