Simple warmer
Serves its purpose, heats wipes to good temp. It does only heat from the top, so the wipes closest to the top are warm, but I don’t usually use more than 2-3. Easy to clean, and no concerns with mold like some other models

Possible Fire Hazard
Bought this 8 months ago when we had our 2nd baby. It’s been less than ideal. It was always discoloring and drying out the wipes. The lid where you pull the wipes out discolored to a gross yellow color. Then the worst of all it BURNT a hole in the lid and cracked. We are grateful we were home when we discovered it and always turned it off before leaving town previously.The wipe warmer we had with our 1st was much better. And lasted years. We will be looking for that brand again. Also will add that when we tried to contact the seller about the burning and fire hazard, they did not respond to any of our messages. Which is also frustrating. Would not recommend this product or seller at this time.The ONLY feature we liked on this product was the ability to turn on/off with the touch button. But even that had it’s downfall, because you’d often bump it while pulling out the wipes.

Basic, but lid doesn't release
The media could not be loaded. Easy to use and very basic. I liked that there is no "night light" (i really don't know why that is a feature on so many). However, the lid release stopped working after 3 months of use and we have to pull the lid open to release or take the top completely off to access wipes.The wipes started sticking to lid - assuming it's because of the heat, but we have it set to the lowest setting. I am unable to find support contact information to issue complaint and too far outside return window.

Doesn’t dry wipes like the other one we had
Works great! Doesn’t dry off the wipes like others and it’s temp controlled
