Used it to stuff tiny snowmen and packages into balloons for string art. Has sharp edges and out holes in some balloons. But if you use regular size balloons for putting confetti in it this will work. The size doesnt open much more then 1 inch so putting large things in balloons is not an option so just fyi. It worked for what i needed it for.
