The Oobie Hydromom Superfood Electrolyte Drink Mix in Blue Raspberry Lemonade is so good! The flavor is spot-on — a perfect balance of sweet and tangy without being too artificial or overly sweet. These are my favorite hydration packets. There are other brands but this one, specifically the Blue Raspberry Lemonade has to be my favorites! They are so refreshing and I feel like it gives a boost of energy. My supply definitely improves when I have this at least once a day. I stopped taking them one week to see if it did make a difference and it did! I was down 1-2 ounces when I wasn't putting these in my water. After I started it back up everyday for a week, my supply almost doubled! Definitely gives these a try!

These electrolytes are a lifesaver while breastfeeding! They mix easily, taste good, and I’ve noticed a boost in my energy level. I love that they come in individually packaged servings because it makes them super convenient to throw in my bag and use on the go. My only complaint is that for the price point, I wish there were more in the the bag. Overall, they work really well and are great for hydration during this stage of life.

The flavor is strange, not my favorite. It’s not super sweet it’s actually good on sugar level but it almost seemed like it makes a flavored sparkling water. I wish there was more flavors but I can tell an immediate increase in my supply. I used two packets and the very next morning I was dripping before my daughter was even ready to wake to feed. I drank another that day and continued to have the feeling I had plenty of milk but not engorged. I usually feel a dip in the night but have not felt that at all with these. I’ll most likely order again but may try the strawberry kiwi instead. I hope they make more options. Going to search for them now!

I have tried the she’s thirsty brand pink lemonade packets, liquid IV, and other hydration packets and can easily say this one blows the others out of the water. Tastes great, gives me energy & doesn’t seem to upset my babies tummy at all. Pretty happy with this product but only down is that it’s pretty pricey.
