We bought this for our lake house. At our other house, we have a big expensive hot tub and I like this one much better. I was unsure, by the picture how deep this hot tub would be and was a little reluctant with the lounge seat. However, the depth is perfect, and the lounger is the best feature of the tub. The jets are amazing, and when sitting in the lounger, it is as if having a massage with perfect pressure. If you look at the picture, you will see that there are jets at the feet. It never would have occurred to me to want jets on my feet, and the first time I sat down I thought oh that tickles, but I cannot get enough of the foot jets, it makes the whole experience that much more pleasurable. It is also easy to maintain the temperature. My husband did convert it to 240, so I don't know if that makes a difference with maintaining the perfect temperature. Now, the only problem is that I don't want to do anything but sit in the hot tub!

Our hot tub just arrived yesterday. We had ordered it just 4 days earlier. We chose delivery between 2 and 6. The truck pulled up at 2! That never happens.This hot tub is beautiful. The sides are made of a paneling that looks like real wood with a dark stain. The inside is a smooth pearly shade of pale silver. It looks really expensive.Once in place we had to remove a panel to run the power cord out, wiped the inside down, filled with water and plugged it in. We messed with the chemicals a bit. The book says the temperature rises at 3 degrees per hour. That seems about right. It was 73 when we first filled it. Set the thermostat at 99, we waxed it, had dinner, looked at it, then got in at 79 degrees. It was a little shocking at first but after a few minutes it felt awesome. My husband and I both have arthritis and when we got out we both felt less pain. It was up to 81.The seats are comfortable, the interior size is good. We tried using the 2 smaller seats like a lounge and it works.The cover fits nice and snug, looks good.We decided we won't buy steps for it. There is a place above the filter that is wide enough to sit on and then swing your legs around to get in or out.Got up this morning, it was at 99. Perfect summer temperature. It was amazing.

I have owned this hot tub for a year and a half. The minute I fired it up I wanted to return it. The jets are weak. I called Amazon and told them I would like to return the spa and get a refund. After two months of trying to get Amazon pick it up I called back and they talked me in to keeping the tub with a partial refund. Ten months into ownership the spa pack goes bad. I called and emailed support and due to MAAXspas buying LA Spas the part was slow to ship. I wanted them to install it but it took to long for them to get back to me. I watched some videos and installed the spa pack myself. It was working. At the 13th month of ownership I drained the spa and noticed it had some blistering in one corner. I sent an email to MAAXSpas and they said they could not do anything due to surface warranty was of 1 year was over. I filled the spa again and let it go for a month and a half and drained it again. I found seven more places of blistering. I sent numerous emails to MAAXSpas support and not even a reply. I don't know how much it will be to have this repaired but it won’t be cheap. I called Amazon to let them know about the product and of course they can’t do anything due to it being out of warranty. I don't recommend by a spa from Amazon. Spend the money and buy local. I don't recommend LA Spas or MAAXSpas products.

For the price this is an incredible spa that will not disappoint you. Semi-easy to set up and took no time to fill. Very comfortable and the perfect size for three people.

this spa is powerful and has enough jets to really help someone who needs hydrotherapy for muscular pain. I am using it on the plug and play option and am not disappointed in heating or power. The lounger is awesome and you simply can't find a better option at this price point.

The lounger seat is actually a bit tricky to sit in because when you sit back you start to float up (especially with the jets on), but it has great jet placement! everything seems to be pretty good quality and we have had no issues with it. its easy to maintain and doesn't take a lot of water.the shipper delivered the spa to our driveway, we had to get it around back and on the deck ourselves. This was a tough chore, even with 4 strong men and a couple of sets of "forearm forklifts" I would advise taking it out of the shipping crate before moving it, as the crate itself is pretty heavy.

A great hot tub for the price. Local companies wanted over 2 times the price for the same item. My wife and I was able to push it around the porch and set up ourselves. Saved thousands
