Remove the plastic film first!
I’ve been using this sign board for an entire year without removing the very thin layer of plastic that covers the board. I even thought I was a genius because I painted chalkboard paint over the plastic. I thought the plastic was just some strange texture on the board itself, but nope, it’s a plastic film that’s not immediately obvious that you’re supposed to remove it. So, make sure you take the film off first! I ended up just tracing the edges with a razor knife and then slowly peeling it all off. Other than that, board works pretty good and is decently durable over a year of use.

Amazing chalkboard came with some markers to write on once the marker dries it won’t come off from someone touching it unless you’re really scrubbing it the dark what isn’t as dark as you think it is, but it’s still a really good product

Would buy again
I have only had to lug it around a couple times but it seems to be pretty sturdy so far. The appearance is nice and it was easy to write on! Actually I shouldn’t say lug around because it is very light as well
