My Chiropracter swears by this brand and I have been using their supplements for over five years now. She says their supplements are the purest. The Wellness Essentials Active help my hip and knee joints feel so much better. If I forget a day I can notice the difference. They may be expensive but you get what you pay for and if you have joint pain for whatever reason, it's well with it!

The Women’s’ Prime Essentials are better for me because I’m in menopause and they help with my hot flashes. These are not as good for me but I had to get something as I need vitamins or I feel weak and anemic.

Metagenics Wellness Essentials is a must have for my health and well being. It's truly the first multi-pack that doesn't upset my stomach and I feel so much better taking them all the way around. If I do happen to miss a day, my body lets me know...especially my joints! I don't leave home without them.

I have tried to replicate this myself at the vitamin store but for some reason it just doesn't work as well. I keep giving out packets to my aching friends because like me, that's what it takes to believe how good these make you feel.
