Is it for kids or women or men cuz it says its small enough to fit into your pocket?

I believe that they are more for men and women. The tension on them can be adjusted as you use more and strengthen your hands and arms. I just tried and did put in my pocket which surprised me. Depending on why you need them I will say that they are worth it. I’m rehabilitating from long term health issues where lost muscle mass and strength. They work.

Is this good for beginners, or do you think it would be too hard?

Beginners welcome. The hand grips are adjustable over a range of resistances - making them adaptable from very easy to a good workout for the strong.
