I really loved the quality and the design of the tag. One thing was that I had taken a design that had the number in front, but that wasn't added, so do contact the seller and let them know before hand. Apart from that, it is a good buy with great print quality.

Very neat work and great quality
I ordered a name tag for my cat and I loved how I could customise the colour, the design and the font! I could also customise the text on the back which I didn't find in other products. The final product turned out exactly like it looked on the website and it was very neat and pretty. Highly recommend!

Horrible quality
Well, I guess you get what you pay for. Not sure why I expected something better for Rs.400 The quality right off the bat was terrible. The engraving/etching is of very poor quality and the text and inking is not aligned as you can see in the image. There were also a lot of scratches all over, even though it came nicely wrapped. This confirmed that it is a production error and not the fault of the delivery. The design on the front was wrong as well. I chose a particular design for the front but I just got a plain one sent with just my pet's name. I followed their instructions as well, I made the order and the sent them the details of the customization on whatsapp, yet I got the wrong design sent. The back design was horrible too. The font size of the phone number was so tiny that is basically useless to even have it there. It is also printed on the very edge of the name tag, which makes no sense to me. There is plenty of space at the back to use a larger font which makes the info on the back clear and readable. Overall, just do yourself a favor and avoid this product. It isn't even worth Rs.100 if you ask me. If you care about your pet and want to make a name tag looks nice and also has clear info written on it, find a better place to get it made, even if it costs a bit more.

The product is good but the seller doesn’t reapond despite stating in the order page to send screenshot of what needs to be printed for confirmation. Was in a dilemma if it would the product with the content I mentioned over the order page
