PLACE ON LIGHTED GAS GRILL OR CHARCOAL GRILL. ALLOW IT TO GET TO ABOUT 450 DEGREES F. PLACE BURGERS OR STEAKS ON GRIIDDLE. COOK TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS. THEY COME OFF LOOKING BRANDED. CLEAN WITH OVEN CLEANER ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS ON LABLE.

Nice small griddle for 24 inch stove
Nice well made item. I seasoned it 3x in my oven and now it is like non stick. Burger press is heavy and does a great job. This griddle fits inside my 24 inch oven in my stove and works on top with the burners and will also use it on BBQ.
