simple, cheap priced and works overall.
paid 8.82 which is a pretty cheap but, turns out these are not cheaply made like one may expect for that price.. it is a great sinus wash bottle that is really not messy to use if you hmm read the brochure thing the first time and use bottle from side & tilt your head sideways a little like it tells you to do. water drips downwards into sink instead of unto you if you do that and you won’t end up washing the front of your shirt the first time you use bottle like i did lol.this setup thankfully doesn’t end up clogging up my ears up much at all (just a little sometimes when it starts pouring out before i even push button) so my ears haven’t hurt like heck at all like they did with the navage system. This bottle doesn’t do a great job at unclogging though (navage didn’t either completely for that matter) but, i am able to wash out the irritants & unclog my nose some with this bottle and afterwards blow my nose a couple times and breath in some menthol/eucalyptus oil mix and that finishes up the job most times. i think if you squeeze bottle it would give it a more water pressure stream but, i am not willing to try that since the lower water flow is probably best for those of us that end up with ear issues when using these nasal cleansing things..Also it was not bad at all but, i personally don’t like the hard nose piece on these so i use the soft silicone “Navage Nose Pillows (Small)” on these bottles since i still had those left and they fit over this bottle tip end. it is more comfortable and makes for a better seal on your nose too.

It's a Miracle!
a salt-water snort done with a coffee mug has been my go-to for decades, but a year ago I was around kids every day and wound up with my first major sinus infection. it was so bad all I could smell with every breath was feces. disgusting, and though the salt-water snort did help, the infection never really went away (and every time I bent forward I'd smell feces, again. so gross).living with a constant low-grade infection is no fun at all, and natural remedies weren't getting to the root of the problem. then a friend got a navage machine, which got me thinking. I didn't want to spend as much as he did for the machine, and I also didn't want anything that required electricity, but I needed something that would go more deeply into my sinus cavity than the coffee mug snort could reach.found these nasal wash bottles, bought the 500ml version, thanked my lucky stars for prime shipping, and began counting the hours to delivery. opened the box as soon as it arrived and within five minutes had (washed the parts and) used it twice. OMG! OMG!! OMG!!!I will never go back to the coffee mug. these things are miraculous. I'm using it several times per day and the infection is pretty much gone. I can bend over for five mins and though there's still a bit of mucus, it no longer smells like feces. wish I'd thought to look for something like this years ago, and will never be without again.the button works as it should, both pieces are easy to clean with just a rinse, and, best of all, it's something I can take to work with me and do there, if necessary. eminently portable. there aren't enough superlatives to describe this thing and the effect it's had on my sinuses. HIGHly recommended!

Lots of pressure
We bought two of these at a time where I had a really bad sinus infection. A regular neti was not getting the Saline through my inflamed sinuses.I like that this is pretty big to hold about 16 ounces of water. My other two pots only hold 8, so for me this is better .The little pressure valve on the bottom is good for not allowing it to spill out too badly, but I find that if you add in the water and then add in your saline and try to shake it up by plugging up the other end of the pot with your finger, it creates pressure inside and then when you move your finger, A little bit of water spits out. This has two plastic tips. They are hard plastic. One has four little holes and one has one single big hole. I find that sometimes it is difficult to get this to seal inside of my nostril and I have to move around a lot.The only bad thing about this is that it burns the inside of my nose during treatment. I think this is because the pressure is so great. At the same time having great pressure means it is able to push through inflamed sinuses so it’s a bit of a trade off.I find that it is pretty good plastic material and it is easy to rinse off after each use. The bottom piece does not leak.

Best Netipot Yet
Ok, I have been an avid netipot user for over two years now always using both the pulsed and the regular neilmed neti system. I was getting annoyed at I how I couldn't find an efficient and effective way to clean to electronic net and how I was throwing out the regular net every two weeks. So I started looking around. I found this one and gave it a try and I love it. Heres why:1. I was always getting "backflow" with my regular net and constantly have to clean it. This uses gravity and only requires the nasal piece to be cleaned regularly.2. I did some research on the proper way to net and this meets all the specs. Bends your head over and tilt. Other betis dont allow this.3. Didnt even know this was a pro until using it, but I dont get the back flow into the ears like I was with other systems. Apparently, that is not a good thing. My only con is that you cant microwave the bottle itself (metal parts), but I just reuse a water bottle and pour my distilled water jug into the bottle, microwave it then pour it in the net bottle, then add my solution.I am prescribed a steroid solution to nati with twice a day and manually add my salt with the large pack of neti salt and couldn't be happier. You just lean over, tilt your head, then hold the bottle up straight and push the valve on the bottom of the bottle (reason you cant microwave) and it just flows so smooth!!!Already bought another for work as I like to neti a few times a day!Not kidding, I buy a few hundreds a month on Amazon and this actually inspired me to write my first review in over 2 years!
