I rely on these to reduce/eliminate my claustrophobia when boarding airline flights.
After years of flying on commercial aircraft (some with as few as 10 seats). I was afflicted with claustrophobia (fear of confined spaces). I had to get off a narrow-body commercial jet before it took off. Worse, I'd sometime wake up during the night in our large 19'x15' bedroom with panic attacks. BHI Calming Tablets were suggested by a friend. I take two tablets about 45 minutes before boarding aircraft, allowing them to dissolve in my mouth. The claustrophobia which I experienced during flights, and the bedroom claustrophobia (now in a new house's much smaller 14'x15' bedroom) have been eliminated to the point that I no longer need tablets at night. I continue to take 2 tablets before flights ... just in case.
