Not sure why this gets returned so often.
I just got this today and have to say I am confused by the Amazon message that it is "frequently returned". I did my homework, and it fits my Audi Q7 2019 perfectly, as expected. So, do people that return it not do their homework? IDK. It was easy to install (the ends are spring loaded and fit the factory receptacles perfectly, slid into place in 2 secs.). So, do people have trouble installing it? IDK. It is basically a horizontal blind to hide the cargo area. I would not put anything heavier on it than a light spring coat or thrown blanket. So, do people think it is going to be a cargo shelf? IDK. Guess I'll never know the answer to those questions, but I am very happy. Since I've only had it for 1/2 a day, I could not in all honesty rate Durability and Sturdiness higher than 4 stars, as only time (and proper care) will tell. Seems well built, easy to operate. Seems like it is made of good materials. So, have an Audi 2019 Q7? Go for it...

Gets the job done!
Perfect fit. Looks great! Keeps my items covered. Good, cool material. Easy to clean. Adds to the value of my vehicle. Easy to maneuver. Love it!

Big savings
I own 2021 Audi Q7, fits perfect. Easily installed, just put one end and press the other side. It’s well made and covers from back of third row to edge of hatch door. Rolls easily and smooth. I got the black, glad I didn’t spend $400 on original part.

Packaging needs improvement!
Item arrived dented. There was no padding in the box and it was ripped open at the top. Otherwise it is as described…does not appear to be heavy duty but as expected for the price.

Not the best but it will get the job done
The latch sides at the end does scrape up the sides. Appears durable for the price compared to the braided version. It does stay in place and easy to assemble.

This was purchased as a gift. The recipient loved it. Fits great. Easy to install. Great color.

Pretty good
All in all pretry good. Fits the cargo area of my 2021 Audi Q7 pretty well. The only issue is that one of the back "fasteners/handles" (the thing that fits into the groove in the back to keep it in place? had a small piece of metal sticking out of it and has scratched the side of my car. Be very careful. I didn't have time to return it as I was leaving the next day.
