I was using a manual Steadler sharpener for colouring pencils and the tip kept breaking off. I thought I would give an electric sharpener a go as it would allow me to keep the pencil still and adjust the angle of sharpening. I have to say, it has been great. I have sharpened 20+ colouring pencils and no tip has broken. I know they do include an offer for a review for voucher, but I honestly have to say that I really think the product is great. I am very honest in my reviews (I have also given 1 star reviews for companies that offered vouchers), so I mean what I say here. It also comes with a spare sharpening head and a USB cable, but I have just put in two AA batteries. I would recommend without hesitation.

This seems to be a pretty good sharpener when all the grandchildren come they are always in need of a sharp pencil we feel comfortable withthemusing it. We haven’t had much luck with battery sharpeners third time lucky.

I bought this to use in my classroom and it’s been fantastic. An excellent sharpener and very quick too. The children love it!

I'm not sure how long it will last but after buying another hand cranked pencil sharpener that chewed pencils, this one works fine and looks good too. Happy with it.
