SINGLE SOLENOID ONLY... it does not come with anything else but a solenoid. so if you want to replace both of the solenoids then order 2.

How many of these solenoids are in a 4L60e like the one in my 94 Sierra? If there is more than one, shouldnt i replace all at once?

2 and they are both the same (identical) and cannot not be mixed up. Highly recommended to replace both and not just one and be very careful of the cheap ones out there, we would recommend AC Delco. Also make sure you have a 4L60E (16 pan bolts) These will not work on 4L80E (17 pan bolts). There are other solenoids too in the unit.
