Can it be used without the canopy? Like as a regular bed frame if I had to move and my new place would not accommodate the canopy rails. Thank you.

No, the canopy pieces are part of the bottom part of the bed and cannot be separated.

Do i need a boxspring for this bed frame?

No, you do not need a boxspring. It is too high with one.

Hubby and I are 759 combined. Will us, plus mattress and 100 child hold?

It should, it's super sturdy like if u build it right and screw everything in tight it literally doesn't squeak or anything it doesn't even wobble.

Are the three middle supposed supposed to touch the floor? Mine does not

Once I put the mattress on the weight allowed it to touch the floor.
