I was tired of going to hair salons to get my hair treated, and decided to get a steamer so I can treat my hair at home instead. This product is easy to assembly, and it works just like those professional hair salon steamers!

I have never felt a great need to review a product before this purchase, but I rely on reviews when buying from Amazon, and feel strongly about letting you know my experience. IT IS A SAFETY CONCERN. I am a hair stylist and have used expensive steamers before. This product is not worth buying. It worked great for 6 weeks and then the last time I turned it on it started sparking, popping, and smelling like smoke. Yikes! I sent in a request to return the item and the only response I got was that my 30 day return time had expired. I truly hope no one gets hurt using this product.

Pretty easy to set up. It works fine. I wouldn't leave water sitting in it. Always use distilled water. It was worth the purchase in my opinion. It does what it's intended to do.

It truly softens the hair

Immediately upon using the hair steamer, the breakage of my hair stopped. I wished I'd known about this years ago.

I was excited to use this. The setup of all the pieces wasn’t bad. The steam went well just had some dripping that was a little annoying but not too bad. The stand was weak.THEN, the second time I turned on the switch and it short circuited. It stop working and the company would not allow me to return it. I only had it about 5/6 weeks, and used once.Now I have to go through contacting them for repairs. I paid too much to go through this.I would not suggest this product especially from a company who has poor customer service, you should guarantee your work if you stand by your product.

This is simply the best way to moisturize natural hair! Can’t live without one of these. I actually put it together by myself!
