I got hooked on cordless vacuums a few years ago, but have had challenges with effectiveness and battery-charge length. This model is IT! I use it in the first level of my home. This includes two bedrooms, a living room, a family room, and a kitchen that have wood floors. It also has a laundry room, two bathrooms, and a hearth that are tiled. most of my throw rugs are the very thin, washable modern type. I also have one wool rug with a 3/4-inch pile that it vacuums very well. I have a medium-sized dog with long, thick hair that sheds periodically.This powerful stick vacuum takes care of all these surfaces. It will do all seven rooms plus the stairs with one charge. It has never run out of me while I used it. the head of the vacuum is very wide and easy to clean after each use. The LED display lets me know which mode it is in. It is light and easy to carry arround. The filter is washable and everything is easy to disassemble, clean, and reassemble. I keep a heavy canister vacuum upstairs because we have two carpeted bedrooms up there, but it weighs four times as much, is awkward to use, and has a cord. I just leave it there.I like the light that helps me see the dirt and dog hair, too. I am very happy that I got this hard-working tool. I have purchased from Orfeld before. They are very responsive in regard to trouble-shooting for problems and honor their warranties. This model is worth the extra money for additional features, battery lenght and suction power.

After months of looking at vacuums I landed on this one and could not be happier.Pros:It’s quietThe wand is telescopic so I can adjust it to my comfortable working height.The container is easy to clean.It comes with replacement filter.Its lightweight (no more than 15# if I have to guess)Comes with attachments for crevices and dusting, than can either attach to the handle for counter height cleaning or the wand for difficult to reach spots.It tells you the battery % on the screen as you use it.Great battery life - I can vacuum my whole house (1200sq ft of hardwood & carpet) and still have more than half the battery left,Cons: I wish there was a spot on the mount to secure the attachments to so it can all be in the same place.

This vacuum does a good job. We use it primarily on hardwood/tile and it does an excellent job. Use it on occasion for spot jobs on the furniture upholstery and it takes a bit more effort but gets the job done good enough. I wouldn't use it on thicker rug and expect it to do a great job, but solid or very shallow rug it should be decent.The standard suction works well, the turbo is needed sometimes to get that extra power. The turbo definitely provides a boost but still sometimes isn't enough suction and will definitely drain the battery quickly.Did have an issue with the motorized head breaking at the neck. Reached out to the customer support and their service was top notch. Quick to respond, thorough, and resolved the issues immediately by providing a new replacement.I would definitely purchase again or recommend to others.

This was a good vacuum for the price I got it, right around $100. Suction was good not great, but for the price, nice. Light and easy to use. Battery lasted less than a year though. Basically it goes down so fast it is useless. I have a 700 sq foot hardwood floor apartment. When I got this vacuum I could thoroughly vacuum my whole place on turbo and have 30-40% battery left. Now I can get less than half my place done and the vacuum dies. Too expensive to be this disposable.

While the vacuum served its purpose for a while, I was very disappointed when the battery stopped charging a year and a half after I purchased it. The company initially offered to send me another battery, but then came back and told me that it was out of stock and would be two to three months before they could send it. Then they offered to send me a new vacuum if I 1) after ordering provide them the order number and a screenshot of the order, 2) after receiving the produce test it for at least 2-3 days and share my experience and to make sure to attach videos and images (if no video or image no refund), then share the screenshot of the content with them. After doing all that, they only would provide refund of the 2nd purchase through paypal or a giftcard. Sorry, I wasn't going to jump through hoops to buy another product when the first one didn't last long. Buyer Beware!

I was very pleased on how easy this was to assemble, how lightweight it is and how it glides over my rugs and hardwood floors with ease. It is easy to empty and the power does last a long time, I have used it many times already and haven't had to charge the battery as of yet. Works Great!
