Can I put this on my inside forearm with info inside the chip which can be transferred to a device?

I have no idea why you would want to do that but you can stick into anything other than metal and use NFC Tools to trigger messages or send you to a Twitter account or something.

How thick are these stickers?

They are 0.25mm thick including the paper, so probably about 0.2mm. When I 3D printed a tag for it a 0.2mm layer was enough for it to sit inside the tag.

I purchased these, but my moto x pure edition does not show them available for writing?

You'll likely have better luck just searching online for instructions on how to setup and use them. The main app you want is "NFC tools" there's a paid partner app to get as well called "NFC tasks"
