I bought this for my partner’s knee pain. He had a knee injury a few years ago and works a physically strenuous job. He also snowboards a lot. After long days, his knee starts to hurt him and he has to rest and ice it. I watched a video on how to use this tape to wrap a knee and did that for him before he went to work. He said he definitely noticed the added support and is looking forward to being able to wrap it for work often. It stayed on well for him throughout the day and didn’t peel off. The only thing that I didn’t like so much is that the backing was hard to separate from the tape when applying.

Bottom Line I would purchase this again.It comes with two rolls which is enough for most applications.So far I have used this regarding my calf muscle and shoulders. It works just as well as the "name brand" products and at a much reduced price.I did not notice any skin irritation with this product which has been an issue with KT tape before.

The tape comes in a box with 2 rolls, It adhered well.The box said nothing about it being waterproof, just the Amazon add.After wearing it for an hour, took a shower and it came off.I thought I was buying waterproof tape, I do not believe it isbecause I've had other tape that stayed on in the shower. I usedit on my ankle.

This package of two rolls of kinesiology tape is a great price. One roll is an awesome hot pink and the other is flesh colored for the days you want to be more subtle. The tape is uncut, but has a grid pattern on the back which helps you measure the length you want. I trim the edges to be rounded which helps the tape stay on, square edges tend to catch things and the tape peels off faster. I'm new to using ktape and is it much more supportive and comfortable than I expected. I think for someone like me, who doesn't want to spend too much money to try it out, this is a good set to buy. I am using mine to help with rotator cuff rehabilitation.

After looking at a couple of YouTube videos on proper placement of the tape, I was really able to benefit from the effectiveness of the tape. It will provide you with extra support and stability that you would not have without it. I have patellar tendinitis on both knees to some degree, and long as I ice my knees immediately after high impact exercise, this tape will allow me to, at the very least, jog a couple of laps, if not miles a week. Way more than I would without. I would definitely recommend this tape to anyone requiring additional support for their joints.

Really nice tape, excellent quality. Since I've been using this, I've definitely noticed a difference in how worn out I feel at the end of the day. I am still figuring out proper placement, but I'm impressed with the results I'm seeing so far. The tape sticks well without over sticking and causing pain. It stays on through sweat, yet comes off easily when you peel it away. Very stretchy but STRONG.

Bought this for taping my knees. This is the first thing that has worked to relieve my pain. I highly recommend!! Make sure you watch videos or find someone who can teach you how to tape properly. This tape can last for several days (up to 5-7 days, including showering, exercising, sweating, etc from personal experience). I have now tried all the colors and they all work great. I'm allergic to latex and have had no reaction, for those wondering about the latex free.

Kinesiology tape is the best for support. You can cut it to size. I cut it to length and cut it to make rounded corners. I've bought another brand that was KT, it was sectioned so that if you needed longer strips, you'd have to cut and put together, plus it had a big KT, and you don't want a bunch of black KT on your tape/skin. You want the beige to blend in which is what Kinesio tape does. Physical therapist recommended Kinesio tape. Something so small works wonders on my joints, whether elbow, fingers, and wrist. You can use it in other areas too.

Unfortunately after the second day of using, I developed a skin rash and has left me marks on my arm for over two days and it has not faded yet. Marks resulted from on the adhesive of the back side. Apart from that it is waterproof well. I will be returning this product unfortunately.

The product works perfect and I have a more expensive brand which this does the exact same thing.

I was looking for something that would restrict movement. But they are so stretchy they dont really restrict at all you can barely feel it on. I returned. Good price but notwhat i was looking for.

This tape did not stick at all to 3 of my patients on their feet. The other tape i used to have leucotape k worked better! I want a refund!

After second day of usage. It started itching and developed sores around my wrist.
