But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This amber glass (Nice) bottle comes about 80% full, which is pretty good nowadays, and entirely encased in bubble wrap.If used as directed it will last one month.The "best by" date on mine is Oct 2025, so a little more than one year from now.The capsules have almost no scent and taste to them, and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says manufactured in the USA. The product page mentions a little bit about the founder.I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. Their umzu site is functional and informative. A video on their About page has a video from the founder on how and why he started the company. Normally I like to see a phone number or at least a chat feature on the website, but this only has a Contact page form.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but my only disappointments are the inability to reach someone directly and the use of magnesium stearate, which many companies say they need to use but the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to. Maybe taking just one instead of 3 would be better but I felt as though they worked well but taking too much can cause body oder. When I quit taking them the oder went away.

I'm not a medical expert, so I will not address the medical benefits of Choline other than to say that there is a lot information about it online from more scientific people you can research yourself, and that it's something I've been taking for years and I'm happy with the benefits they give me.I can also say that I like the dosage and how easy it is to swallow. Each dose of 3 capsules is 750mg, which is within the recommended daily dose, but I like to vary my intake so I often take fewer than that. They suggest you take them all at once, with water, and with a meal, so that's what I do.
