Badly undersized
The printed lines for trimming to your shoe size are terribly undersized. Mine finished up over 1cm narrower than my shoes.

Not fit for purpose
Dreadful quality. The guide marks for cutting to appropriate shoe size and wildly inaccurate and within a day these had flattened completely and rucked up inside my boots, causing more discomfort than having no insoles at all.

Wrongly sized !
Word of warning.Pay no attention to the markings printed on the insole for you to cut round !Place your old insole on them and use that as a template.I didnt ! I cut round the M10 line (for male size 10) and they were about an inch to short and over an inch to narrow to fit my shoes ! Total waste of money.......now i just need to find an infant with size 6 feet ro give them too.

Cut these to the size on the insole and they are about 2 sizes smaller than the size marked only thing they fit is the bin
