I just read and loved: Silver Linings by Ava LeporA silver lining is a metaphor for optimism in the common English-language which means a negative occurrence may have a positive aspect to it. In all of Ava’s stories, we see the Hand of God guiding her.1. My own place. I also day dream and love stories and books. 2. Rogers red letter days. Oh, I know about Jewish holidays and missing classes.3. Slow road to failure. Ava tells the story so well, very funny.4. A Picture purr. A sweet story of a cat, so sweetly told5. A stranger in Jerusalem. An angel. I do believe in angels.6. In a pickle. Ava Lepor spent her junior year in Israel and traveled to Cyprus, Italy, France, UK, Switzerland, and Holland on the way home.7. Fast food in Jerusalem. Wow, the stories in Jerusalem!8. No chickening out. I was moved to tears.9. Prayer on the precipice. Oh, I love Ava’s prayers to God.10. Number 5. Lovely story.11. The doll hospital. I love the story.12. The best sport. Fishing. I love fishing.13. Father time. Very sad.14. Beautiful eyes. Very sad.15. Pacific dreaming.Touching stories. I read them closely; beautiful writing. I highly recommend everyone to buy and read the book.
