The laptop compartment is lined with a soft, thick padding that provides great protection against scratches and other potential damage. The exterior of the case is more durable than I expected, and the zips seem as though they will hold up to daily use. I appreciate the extra pockets on the front of the case that are great for storing a charging cord as well as pens, phones, thumb drives, and other small items.One feature that I was hoping for was an extra pad on the shoulder strap, but I find that it is not necessary. The strap itself is very comfortable to wear. Overall, I feel like my computer is very secure in this case. It won't allow scratches, and I believe the case could probably protect against a pretty significant drop.In terms of design, the KIZUNA Laptop Bag Case is sleek and modern looking. It has a low profile. For me, it is the perfect size and has everything that I need.One thing that I appreciate about this case is that it strikes a great balance between form and function. This is a very good travel bag for a reasonable price. It isn't fancy, but it's very good, and well made, and exceptionally well designed. Use for travel as a "personal item" on the airlines in addition to your carry on bag, and works very well for all your wallets, credit cards, laptop, iPad, iPhone (or other mobile devices), laptop, etc.I also carry my noise-cancelling Air Pod Pros, and a charger for my phone, etc. Could hold magazines, small snacks (like M&Ms, for instance), tissues, medicine, etc. while traveling. Nicely organizes everything with plenty of zippered pouches, so nothing falls out. Very light weight, which helps while traveling.Highly recommended for the price.

I love the streamlined shape of the case. It holds the macbook and everything I need for it. The exterior has proven to be wipeable when coffee spilled on it, I did use a stain remover wipe. It still looks brand new. The inside is padded a little for protection of your laptop/pad. Overall a great buy.

The media could not be loaded.  This bag is perfect. The material is waterproof and have the necessary pockets for storage space. I love a bag with many many pockets. Perfect size for my 14.7 laptop and has a nice cushion inside that the laptop sits in. Love the shoulder straps too.

This is a slim laptop that look like it will protect very well. You'll want to get the exact fit so that your laptop doesn't slide around and is surrounded with the padding in the right places. It's very nice that it's not a bulky bag, but I've been able to slip a two-eared headset that we use for phone business calls into the outside zippered pocket. You can also slip a few papers in an outside pocket, even unfolded standard-sized sheets, but not a thick pad of paper, unless it's smaller than full-sized sheets.When zipped up, this case surrounds my laptop with padding all around the sides. It would be just like me to drop it in the parking garage! With this case, it ought to be okay if I do.It IS difficult to put the laptop into the bag because it's very snug. It's a lot like putting a pillow case on a pillow. But because it's snug is why I can count on the padding to surround my laptop with padding in just the right places.
