Have been purchasing for about 2 years and love the quality of each oil. Occasionally I'll get a shattered dropper but I save the previous ones. The last bottle of lavender I received was brown and smelled more like vinegar than lavender. One bottle over 2 years doesn't bother me things happen. Will continue to purchase unless I receive more vinegar oil🤷♀️
