2018 Newest Leelbox Q2 mini Android 7.1 TV Box 2GB+8GB with BT 4.0 Supporting 4K (60Hz) Full HD /H.265 /WiFi Smart TV Box

Had an earlier version Android Box which was okay but not great. This particular box is Android 6.0 with 2GB+8GB with BT 4.0 . Most of the less expensive boxes only have 1gb. This one is much faster. I am running Kodi 17.4, Terrarium TV, Netflix, Directv, Movie HD and Showbox. Not a single problem with any of them. I have attached a mouse and mini keyboard. I also downloaded Nova Launcher and changed the log in screen to launch, look, and act just like an android phone or tablet. Makes everything simpler when all my devices have the same set up. If you looking for an inexpensive Android Box that does most everything you need, this is the one.

Yes it has.  I love it very much. The CPU that you guys have is fanomial.  The only thing I would say is that you guys should start doing future updates over wifi again and push them so just in case of any bugs you guys have to fix you guys are able to push them to the box via wifi.  There also should be an option where we can customize the home screens and put more of the apps the customer uses.  Also you guys should update the boxes to the Nougaut software too and push them to the boxes so they could update.  Also cause I know the boxes are mostly on there should be an option also to auto update so like during the nighttime hours when you guys release a new update the box will automatically update by itself.  Thank you guys and keep up the awesome work.  Thanks for making my TV experience the best it could be. One last thing cause the box over heats at times you guys need a stand or more air vents so that the box won't cover heat. That's what I worry about at times cause when the box overheads everything does start to slow down at times but the CPU really does the work though and keeps it going so yeah. :) To all of those giving bad reviews about this box needs to stop wining and do proper research. There are other ways to downloading Kodi, if you want to update your Kodi then install it from the Google Play Store. Most of the app pre-installed you can always get them at the Google Play Store which they will automatically update the app for you and you don't have to worry. Like other apps where it's not in the google play store if an update pops up and tell you to install the update it's not that hard just do it. Ever since there recent update to 7.1 its been it's been a bog improvement. The home screen freezes sometimes but when it comes to the apps I enter in them with no problem and the box works great. I had it for a few months and I've seen great improvements. I can't wait for there next update and also check there website too.

Ive downloaded 3 different file explorers and all says 4GB capacity. Also, it keeps making logcat.txt file that is 4GB huge. I dont know how its 4GB txt file but Im not surprised if capacity and file size are inconsistent. There are fake USB flash drives out there that fools computers to read it as higher capacity than what it really is. But the biggest downside about this device is that it can never keep the right time and I always have to reset it. IPTV channels and channel guides relies on the device time. If its not right the IPTV doesnt work. One good thing about it is one of the buttons on the remote can control my electric fan. Odd but a little convenient.

Ammended 6/29/18: I have to say the the customer service for Leelbox is the best i have seen in the this TV box world. They worked with me to get me a replacement and we will see how this one works. So 4 stars pending the functionality of the new box...--------------------------I bought 2 Leelbox Q2 Mini's. One as a gift one for me. The first couple months was fine then the memory started running out. The memory expansion slot does no recognize the SD cards I have used to expand memory. Kodi ran out of space, Netflix ran out of space, I am unable to change the launcher which still has an ad for a thanksgiving sale that has long passed. The settings are glitchy and sometimes making a settings adjustment freezes the box or the settings just do take hold. I have to factory reset this box every so often and lose all settings just to keep using the box. This box is very disappointing!!!! I've emailed Leelbox since I was told they have excellent customer service...I haven't experience it yet. Don't think I want a replacement of the same box. On a lighter note the Leelbox mini keyboard is a good purchase.

first off i got a power cord that does not fit the unit good thing i kept the power cord from my old android box. second this unit lags a lot , i thought it was my internet until i tested all my units like laptops, cellphones ect everything ran good except this android box. this unit does not connect to the internet easily had to be pulling the power cord in and out until it connects

Not great. Performance was lacking out of the box. The remote isn’t well made and since many apps require a mouse or touch, I had to keep swapping input modes and plodding along with the four way cursor. That gets old fast.Moreover it is constantly running out of space and memory - it becomes very sluggish. Had a heck of a time installing (side loading!) disney+ off a usb ad the kid was too frustrated to use it!I’ve moved onto rokus and a mibox and haven’t looked back.

I had many doubts about ordering this particular box, since in the past another box (other brand), failed and shut down for no reason, so obviously I had to be careful. But still wanted a box that had all the possibilities from android and a reasonable price.I can honestly say that: Search no more.The remote controller works great above all, you can use it without having to point directly to the tv box. (with my last tv box from another brand I had to point directly the controller so it was quite unconfortable and also it interfered with my tv remote) It does not get hot or any problems shown so far, android works great, fluent, consistent system, it comes with kodi, netflix, youtube and others preinstalled.It boots fairly fast.Im going to buy another one exactly the same for other tv.Arrived super fast
